"Blinds.com is alright"
The only downside for me is that their prices can be very high. that's why I use coupons to get my curtains, which they happily accept.

"LOVE IT!"
When we wanted to change things up in our guesthouse, I got most of the shades from Blinds.com, and they did a great job, of delivering them to us on time. The curtains were good as well, but it lacked a little bit of design, if I say so myself.

"A Solid 4 Stars"
My sister just ordered herself and her friend 4-5 different curtains from Blinds.com, and by the looks of it, they're going to arrive within a week, which is unbelievable, IMO. When I get myself some shades or curtains, they take a minimum of 20 days.

"Terrible CS"
I've generally liked the products from Blinds. they're solid for the price, but I ran into issues with the wand for my bedroom blinds. They sent the wrong size, and now they won't return, exchange, or replace it, which is super frustrating.

"Great Store!"
The curtains are easily manageable, which is great! I've never needed a handyman's help getting them to fit, which probably speaks volumes about Blinds.com's product details. I only wish they had introduced more colour to their shades.
